Lat pull appears in google 150,000 times,
whereas lat lift appears less than 400 - most/all of them in KudoZ...

agree  Amnon Shapira: שגיאה! Lat זהו קיצור של Latissimus בעברית "שריר הגב הרחיב" ותרגום נכון יהיה "תרגיל" משיכת שריר הגב הרחיב ובשום אופן לא הצירוף שהתקבל!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
