Asker: That article was very clearly translated from Hebrew by Google Translate, So I wouldn't base any conclusion on it. Anyway, I'm not sure this is understood from my question but my problem is with the fact that claims and conditions appear side by side: if handling conditions means what I said above - תנאים or התניות are the same for that matter - than it shouldn't be next to claims. It would make more sense to have 2 sentences since those are 2 very different kinds of "handling"...
