Is there a hebrew translation for this abbreviation?

In the wake of the 2008 financial meltdown, the term “too big to fail” (or TBTF), became popularized. This term is usually used to describe financial institutions that are so large and so interconnected that their failure would be disastrous to the economy, and which therefore must be supported by the government when they face difficulty.
