English term or phrase: Ex.
This appears in a form for reporting temperature excursions of study drugs delivered during a clinical trial.

a table contains the question "Is this a shipping-related excursion?" which is explained by the sentence "Ex. Delivered/ stored outside TPC requirements, TempTale alarm set off, ice packs no longer cold".

I can't figure out what Ex. means in this context.

Thanks in advance
