Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / HMRC - P60 End of year certificate
English term or phrase: Upper Accrual Point
The term appears in P60 End of Year Certificate in a table containing the following:

National Insurance contributions in this employment
Earnings at the Lower Earnings Limit (LEL) (where earnings are equal to or exceed the LEL)
Earnings above the LEL, up to and including the Primary Threshold (PT)
Earnings above the PT, up to and including the Upper Accrual Point (UAP)
Earnings above the UAP, up to and including the Upper Earnings Limit (UEL)
Employee’s contributions due on all earnings above the PT

According to http://uk.practicallaw.com/4-386-4390
"Introduced under the Pensions Act 2007 as part of the simplification of the state second pension (S2P), the upper accrual point (UAP) replaces the upper earnings limit for the purpose of calculating (and capping) entitlement to S2P. Since the 2009/10 tax year, the UAP has been fixed at £770 a week (the level of the upper earnings limit for 2008/09). It has remained at that level for the tax years since, leading to an erosion of earnings-related S2P accrual. The original intention when the UAP was introduced was that by 2030, entitlement to S2P will be calculated entirely on a flat-rate basis. However, the government has since decided to abolish S2P completely in April 2016."

Would you know how to render in Greek, please?
Many thanks

Σε τούτη την περίπτωση, ο όρος accrual σημαίνει κεφαλαιοποίηση.
- Παράδειγμα :

=> "This accrual takes into account the average expected pension expenses. "
=> "Cette capitalisation tient compte des dépenses moyennes prévues. "
=> '' Αυτή η κεφαλαιοποίηση λαμβάνει υπ' όψιν τις προβλεπόμενες δαπάνες κατά μέσον όρον''

- The National Insurance Bill has brought forward this change and these changes will start in the 2009 tax year when the upper accrual point is established.

The upper accrual point is £770 per week (£40,040 pa), the level of the upper earnings limit for the 2008/2009 tax year, and will be frozen in cash terms.
