English term or phrase: A kind of wild radish perhaps (the main ingredient in χόρτα)
Greetings

In Turkey a friend - whose family came from Crete originally - recently made me a dish which seemed to me to be identical to the χόρτα I ate so often with great relish during my three years in Greece.

I think that the main plant used is a kind of raphanus – in Turgutlu in Turkey they call it turpotu but I don’t know if that’s the official or correct name which is why I am not making this Turkish to Greek.

All the best

Turpotu = Wild Radish = Raphanus raphanistrum

Kara Hindiba = Dandelion = Taraxacum officinale Weber

άγρια ραδίκια

Explanation:
Wild greens (άγρια χόρτα) can vary a lot. Perhaps you mean άγρια ραδίκια (they are bitter).

It could also be: βρούβες, ζοχιές, μυρώνια, καυκαλίθρες, etc.
