In this procedure we define the steps to follow in case of issuing an AR invoice from a non-commercial customer.

This procedure applies to AR administration department in Corporate and all B.U. and CRM Department.

An adjustment occurs when there are differences between the invoice sent by the supplier and the registered packing slips in Oracle. These differences are detected by the AP Administration Department in the matching and registering process of the invoices.

Soweit ich weiß, handelt es sich bei den Abkürzungen um folgende:
AR = accounts receivable
AP = accounts payable

Mein Übersetzungsvorschlag:

AR Administration Department = Verwaltungsabteilung der Debitorenbuchhaltung?
AP Administration Department = Verwaltungsabteilung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung?

Oder ist es besser, es in diesem Kontext als AR-Verwaltungsabteilung bzw. AP-Verwaltungsabteilung stehen zu lassen?

Verwaltung würde ich weglassen...
Im Zweifel den Kunden fragen; denn der Begriff ist "AR/AP administration department" ist eigentlich kein echter SAP-Begriff. Es klingt eher so, als wenn hier die Abteilungsbezeichnungen, die sich das Unternehmen selber vergeben hat, als Beispiel verwendet werden.
