Hallo liebe Kollegen,

ich übersetze gerade einen Geschäftsbericht, und in einem Absatz geht es um die Liegenschaften der Gesellschaft. In dem Zusammenhang taucht "fee-owned":

"The guarantees are secured ... by pledges of capital stock and other equity interests in all of the personal property and fee-owned real property."

Ich habe zwar die englischsprachigen Definitionen davon und die deutsche Übersetzung von "fee simple" gefunden, werde aber trotzdem nicht schlauer. Kennt jemand die deutsche Entsprechung?
