Wenn mit "floors" wirklich die Flächen gemeint sein sollten, dann ist der Preisaufschlag wahrscheinlich als Ausgleich erforderlich: weniger Fläche - höherer Quadratmeterpreis = gleiches Ergebnis

disagree  Steffen Walter: Hier steht explizit "a premium on the headline rents", d.h. ein Aufschlag auf die (f. d. Bewertungsobjekt - "subject property" - angesetzten) erzielbaren Mieten. Weitere Formulierungen s. o./Nur würde ich "Preis" hier nicht verwenden.
