English term or phrase: Tall Poppy Syndrome
I know the meaning of this term 100% (it's mainly an Aussie term) but fail to identify a catchy German word for it. I did find "Neidsyndrom" but that sounds quite clinical to me. The context is a research study: "participants in this group resemble a general apprehension towards authority and diffuse anger (Tall Poppy Syndrome)". The topic is management structures in the automobile industry. Not sure also if I should maybe just leave it as is. There are a few German resources using just that term. Thanks for your help.

Explanation:
So wie ich das sehe, muss tall poppy syndrome nicht unbedingt auf Konkurrenz oder Arbeitsplatz beschränkt sein. Deshalb vielleicht eher Erfolgsneid.

Asker: Danke ! Ich denke in der Industry ist es "jeder gegen jeden", v.a. im Management, da könnte das schon passen, im Sinne von "jeder ist mein Konkurrent". Bin gespannt ob noch andere Vorschläge kommen.
