It bears mention that XX filed IPR petitions against two patents asserted against it in the 251 case, and the PTAB declined to institute either. It also bears mention that the two patents you claim in your letter were "dismissed" from the subsequent 576 case were simply inadvertently asserted against XX. The claims of those patents are directed to base station technologies and are inapplicable to XX (certainly as a direct infringer) for this reason. Those patents remain asserted in the 576 case against certain XX co-defendants.
