Der andere Teil wird auf 56,9 bar Überdruck nachverdichtet und in den Kreislaufwärmetauschern durch gegenströmenden Druck-Stickstoff weiter abgekühlt. Danach erfolgt die Entspannung in der Turbine und im Expansionsventil. Die Entspannung erzeugt die notwendige Kälte.
