Da dies US-Konzepte sind, ist es fraglich, ob es deutsche Standardübersetzungen gibt.

disagree  bambam: Eine Div Aopl. ist im Patentsprech eine "Teilanmeldung". Cont und Cont i.P. sind Besonderheiten des US-Rechts und würde ich nicht unbedingt übersetzen (wenn engl in Klammern dahinter). Rechtlich unterscheiden Sie sich erheblich (cf. double patenting).
