Asker: Danke sehr, habe es nun mit 1. Registrierungsurkunde für die Erklärung zur Gründung einer Limited Partnership übersetzt, da ich Limited Partnership unübersetzt lasse und die Unternehmensrechtsform mit einer Fussnote erkläre.
