In einer Ladung (Accounting Citation) zu einem Termin bei einem US-Surrogate's Court in Sachen eines Trusts sind die Geladenen mit Name und Adresse aufgeführt.

Dort heißt es:
(Vorname Nachname A), supervisor for (Vorname Nachname B).

Was ist denn hier ein "Supervisor"?

If B is under-age (minderjährig) or a person under physical or legal disablility (ein Mündel; Schutzbefohlene/r) and A has been appointed - by the court - to act for the former in the execution of the trust.

In England & Wales, this might be a 'judicial trustee' in which case the process would be entitled / 'intituled': B acting (represented) by A.

Unless I am mistaken, ein/e Protektor/in in Liechtenstein law acts for the Stiftung - the founder or setttlor - and not for a 'supervised' beneficiary.
