richterliche/behördliche Anordnung Explanation: "relief" ist "a remedy sought by a claimant". Das würde ich in der Übersetzung dadurch wiedergeben, dass ich von einer richterlichen/berhördlichen Anordnung "gegen" einen anderen Aussteller spräche. |

gerichtliche/behördliche Unterlassungverfügung Explanation: Da es sich um IPR handelt, geht es ja darum, dass die verletzende Partei die verletzende Handlung einstellen soll. Dies geschieht in Deutschland normalerweise per Unterlassungsverfügung.
