1. You replace the English word by the short German term "Anreißer".See link: http://www.ideenreich.com/webdesign/schreiben_3.shtml, where they say "Der Aufbau ist fast immer der selbe: Einem einprägsamen Titel folgt der Anreißer, im fachlichen Sprachgebrauch Teaser genannt. Der ist hervorgehoben und etwa 2 bis 3 Sätze lang. Wir verwenden ihn auch als beschreibenden Text (Meta Description) für die Suchmaschinen."

2. You just don't translate the term, and only change the spelling into a German one, because on many web sites they seem to use the English term anyway (or the short form "Teaser", but more often they use Teaser-Text). One example:

I found the term "Teaser Text" on a number of German language websites.
"Reiztext" or "Locktext" don't sound quite right...
