Auch in diesem Fall übernimmt man im Deutschen in aller Regel das englische "Clickbait", häufig ist insbesondere auch die Form "Clickbaiting". Die deutsche Variante "Klickköder", die der Wikipedia-Artikel anbringt, ist mir in der 'freien Wildbahn' noch nie begegnet.
