Biegemoment


Explanation:
Als Biegemoment wird ein Moment bezeichnet, das einen schlanken Körper, Träger, Welle oder einen Balken auf Biegung durch eine Krafteinwirkung durch eine Punkt- oder Streckenlast in einem bestimmten Abstand von einem Lager in einer Ebene belastet. Das Biegemoment wird in der SI-Einheit Nm angegeben. Es kann mit der Formel M = F\cdot L berechnet werden. Es ist daher ein Drehmoment.

neutral  Rolf Kern: Wäre das nicht eher "bending moment"? Zudem haben wir es hier weder mit schlanken Körpern, noch mit Trägern, Wellen oder Balken zu tun, sondern mit Makromolekülen.

Wäre die wohl wörtliche Übersetzung. Aber dieser Begriff auch auf Moleküle anwendbar ist?

Drillknickmoment


Explanation:
In der Technik, glaube ich, gebräuchlicher in der Form als "Biegedrillknickmoment", da selten isolierte Verdrillungsbelastungen auftreten - aber bei Laborversuchen kann man solche Belastungen ja isoliert erzeugen und dann wohl von einem "Drillknickmoment" sprechen.
