Die noch unvollständige Übersetzung des ersten Satzes:

"mGL50-1 " ist eine Bezeichnung - das bereitet mir keine Sorgen. Ich weiß nur nicht, wie ich die 2718 hier unterbringen soll. Handelt es sich um eine Konsensussequenez, die aus 2718 Nukleotiden besteht? Oder besteht nur an Nukleotid 2718 Übereinstimmung? Stöhn ..

Explanation:
Die zweite Möglichkeit kann es mMn nicht sein. Komisch ist allerdings, dass für 322 Aminosäuren eigentlich knapp 1000 Nukleotide reichen würden. Und im Text werden dann ja auch nur Nukleotidnummern von 67 bis 1032 erwähnt. Weiter oben im Text ist allerdings für mGL50-2 von einer 3'-untranslated Region die Rede. Dass die allerdings Teil der Konsensussequenz ist, kommt mir auch komisch vor. Werden die Sequenzen nicht in Abb. gezeigt?

Die zweite Möglichkeit kann es mMn nicht sein. Komisch ist allerdings, dass für 322 Aminosäuren eigentlich knapp 1000 Nukleotide reichen würden. Und im Text werden dann ja auch nur Nukleotidnummern von 67 bis 1032 erwähnt. Weiter oben im Text ist allerdings für mGL50-2 von einer 3'-untranslated Region die Rede. Dass die allerdings Teil der Konsensussequenz ist, kommt mir auch komisch vor. Werden die Sequenzen nicht in Abb. gezeigt?
