English term or phrase: Eat more vegetables
When saying the phrase as a command to a group of children in elementary school, which is correct?

Esst mehr gemüse. OR Isst mehr gemüse.

From what I understand Isst is correct here because we are giving a command to a group of people. Using Esst would be like saying "they eat more vegetables".

Thanks in advance for your help
