fließende Obergrenze Explanation: Bei "Grenzen", so auch Obergrenzen, spricht man wohl eher von fließend als von gleitend, letzteres ginge aber wohl auch. Eine gewisse Funktionalität kann gegeben sein, diese Erwägung (ob nun schwankend oder leicht ansteigend etc.) spielt hier aber m.E. keine wesentliche Rolle, wenn es nicht aus dem weiteren Kontext ersichtlich ist.
