Also, non-descretionary rewards scheinen Prämien zu sein, die ein Arbeitgeber per Vertrag auszahlen muss. Und die anderen fakultative, freiwillige Prämien oder sonstige Anerkennungen.

Für "discretionary bonus" fand ich in Iate: Prämien.

Ich weiß nicht, wie diese richtigerweise im Deutschen genannt werden und ob es sich dabei monetäre Anerkennung handelt oder andere.

Zeitraum der Zahlung) festgelegt sind). Das Wort "Vergütung" ist hier eindeutiger, da es als Sammelbegriff dient und nicht zwischen den unterschiedlichen Vergütungsarten unterscheidet.
