disagree  Germaine: Notez la mention de "bail". Il n'y a pas de "disregard" et de "montée en flèche", mais une réduction de l'augmentation de loyer.// discount = réduire; disregard = ne pas tenir compte.

  -> oui donc c'est ce que j'ai proposé, l'approche ne tient pas compte de l'augmentation, donc elle ne l'applique pas ("discount"). Rien à voir avec le sens de "disregard" ici.
