Asker: Je ne pense pas car la définition de l'irrecevabilité en droit français est très spécifique et ne correspond pas au contexte .. il n'est pas dit que la personne ne remplit pas certaines conditions et que dès lors sa demande est irrecevable ... le terme est trop spécifique
