Context: this is product information about an asphalt-based liquid flashing membrane. Translation is for the French Canadian market.

In French, grand dictionnaire terminologique and Termium recommend "mélangeur de/à boue", BUT this appears to be a different tool. A Google search shows that "mélangeur à mortier" may be more common in this context. But either way, I have not been able to find a reliable & relevant source. Would love a 2nd opinion.
