I can't see why this would be a translation from Spanish, but should it even be the case, "for any and all legal purposes" is usual in English.
Why would I feel compelled to remove the "legal"? For the same reason I would remove it in "legal advisor" (conseiller juridique), "legal status" (statut juridique), "legal proceeding (instance judiciaire), legal relationship (rapport de droit), etc.: cause in French, the expression translates into "à toute(s) fin(s) que de droit" (ou "à telles fins que de droit").
