Je traduis actuellement le plan d'intéressement d'une société.

Une partie est consacrée aux "kicker bonus". J'ai déjà rencontré ce terme dans le domaine du poker en ligne ou des jeux vidéo, mais j'ai des problèmes à lui trouver une traduction dans ce domaine-ci.

Contexte :
"Additional kicker bonus: To reward top performing PM’s, an additional bonus will be provided at the end of the fiscal year if all of the three qualifiers are met: XXX% of annual target is achieved, The targets are met each quarter, All stores in the district have received the XX% threshold."

Ma version :
"Commission de surperformance additionnelle : Afin de récompenser les PM les plus performants, une prime supplémentaire sera versée à la fin de l’exercice si l’ensemble de ces trois conditions sont remplies : XXX % de l’objectif annuel sont atteints, Les objectifs sont atteints à chaque trimestre, Tous les stores du district ont atteint le seuil de XX %."

Il me semble que "commission de surperformance" est réservé au domaine des investissements.
Je me trompe ?

"si ces trois conditions sont remplies" serait suffisant, à mon avis
