The term ''mobile-first'' is sometimes used amongst French marketing professionals (see second online reference below). Nevertheless, it may not be known/used within all companies. Therefore, I would suggest not to keep the ENG version but to translate it into FR. Therefore, ''expérience centrée sur le mobile" is short and clear enough to be used here.
