مبلغ کم بیمه‌شده


Explanation:
مبلغ بيمه شده (در بيمه اموال) ارزش واقعي شي مورد بيمه بوده يا مبلغي است كه بيمه‌گر تعهد مي‌كند در صورت وقوع حادثه تا آن ميزان به بيمه‌گذار يا ذينفع قرارداد بيمه خسارت بپردازد. در بيمه اموال مبلغ بيمه شده بايد معادل ارزش مال بوده و در صورتي كه مبلغ بيمه كمتر از مبلغ واقعي باشد خسارت به نسبت مبلغ بيمه به مبلغ واقعي پرداخت خواهد شد. در بيمه اشخاص از آنجا كه جان انسان قابل تبديل به پول نيست هر مبلغي را كه بيمه‌گذار تعيين نمايد در صورتي كه مورد موافقت بيمه‌گر قرار گيرد در صورت وقوع خطر مرود تعهد، بيمه‌گر ملزم به پرداخت آن به ذينفع يا بيمه‌ شده خواهد بود.
