My dictionaries contradict one another on this, so I'd like to ask you, please.

Some of them are the dried variety; interestingly, when they are roasted, Turkish uses a completely different word (leblebi). The usual Turkish word for ‘chickpea’ is ‘nohut’, but you seem to use نخود for peas rather than chickpeas (or maybe both?).
