Mijn oplossing tot nu toe: Engels houden (fairdatum), met bij eerste gebruik uitleg: tijdens speciale lokale evenementen. Ik weet niet of er een courante vertaling voor bestaat in de branche (dit is dus niet voor klanten, maar voor hotelmanagers die tariefplannen opstellen).
