English term or phrase: Tenant Ownership Building
I came across the word Tenant Ownership Building in a notarial document regarding the distribution of an estate. I donot know how to translate it into Dutch. I donot know whether we have that type of building in the Netherlands. This particular building is located in Sweden. The sentence goes:

´ ... the Estate has sold an apartment in the Tenant Ownership Building [address], situated at XXX in [city]. ´

Suggestions for a translation in Dutch are very welcome.

Thanks,
Simone

Dank je wel, Marjan. Zou coöperatieflat om het gebouw aan te duiden dan goed zijn als vertaling?
