'Rp only' moest zijn 'Rx only.' Veel dank aan iedereen.
The symbol variously written Rp. Rx. or R. is still employed by physicians to head their prescriptions. In our country, we have learned and believe that the origin of the symbol is an abbreviation of the Latin word for "recipe." In Europe, another suggestion of the origin of the symbol appears to represent the astronomical sign of the planet Jupiter. There is, however, no evidence to support this suggestion. As regards the Jupiter symbol it is probably that printer may have used the sign as the nearest approach he had in type to the abbreviated sign for recipe. It is believed that the confusion between the two symbols is due to a mere typographical coincidence. A careful examination of the various styles of writing the symbol, clearly shows that the sign was originally adopted as an abbreviation of the word "recipe."

2) 'registered practitioners' is rijkelijk vaag, zie Google.
A continental European prescription consists of three parts:
1 - the inscritio, also known as the superscriptio, is the header of the prescription and consists of the patient's name, address, and identity document number, as well as the identifying number of the patient's private health insurance company, if applicable; and
2 - the praescriptio is the prescription itself; that is, directions to the dispensing pharmacist to supply medication, made up of the following:
a) the invocatio, consisting of the abbreviation Rp; this is analogous to the Rx used in the Anglosphere, and stands for recipe, Latin for take [from the shelf]; and
b) the ordinatio, also known as the compositio, which consists either of the brand name, strength, and number and type of dosage units of a particular drug, or else of directions written entirely in the Latin accusative case, with the exception of ingredient names, written in the genitive case. Masses are written in grammes, without the unit name. The compositio is followed by
3) the subscriptio, which consists of the directions according to which the medicament is to be prepared.
"From 1 April 2011, all dental practices providing any private dental care and treatment are subject to the provisions of The Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 and are required to be registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (‘the RQIA’). Under the legislation, the requirement is for an ‘establishment’ or ‘agency’, providing specified healthcare services, to be registered. Although not expressly defined within the legislation, it is anticipated the RQIA will interpret ‘establishment’ as being a reference to a Dental Practice."
"Under RQIA guidance all partners must register as responsible persons"
"The RQIA Guidelines, however, detail that each partner must register as a responsible person. In essence, therefore, if each partner is not agreeable to registered as a responsible person it will be open to the RQIA to refuse the registration of the Dental Practice"

http://www.dentalprotection.org/uk/newsnevents/regionalinfo/... "Under the legislation each establishment will have a registered provider (in essence the person responsible for carrying on the establishment). Dependent on the circumstances of that registered provider, each establishment may also have a responsible person and/or registered manager."/"Under RQIA guidance all partners must register as responsible persons"/"The RQIA Guidelines, however, detail that each partner must register as a responsible person. In essence, therefore, if each partner is not agreeable to registered as a responsible person it will be open to the RQIA to refuse the registration of the Dental Practice"
http://www.imb.ie/: If you are importing a cosmetic product from a country outside the European Union (including internet supplies) for sale or supply in the form of a service, you may be considered to be the Responsible Person (RP) for the product."
