'nonrecourse indebtness' moet hier m.i. worden gelezen als 'nonrecourse debt'.

Een 'non-recourse' schuld / lening (doorgaans een hypotheekschuld) is een schuld die alleen verhaald kan worden op het vastgoed, dus niet op de beleggers.

Voor zover ik weet bestaat er geen compacte Nederlandse vertaling voor 'non-recourse'.

Voor de vertaling van 'the amount of any non recourse indebtness' kun je - afhankelijk van de doelgroep - kiezen voor '(het bedrag van) de eventuele niet op de beleggers verhaalbare schuld' of '(het bedrag van) de eventuele non-recourse schuld'

'het bedrag van' zou ik weglaten.
