kabelforbundet
Explanation:
No explanation, this is simply my "best guess" as to what the Danish term could be (if such a term exists n Danish, that is).

It is also possible that the (US) English term is used in Danish although, to be quite honest, I have never come across it.

NetLynx is right (as he usually is!) about 'kabelforbundet' existing. However, I wonder whether it is normally used with a meaning equivalent to 'wireline' in this context?

neutral  NetLynx: 'kabelforbundet' really exists. In this context, though, 'wireline' is a noun, isn't it? If yes, the corresponding noun is 'kabelforbindelse', and both are commonly used in such contexts.

-> Thanks for your comment, NetLynx. While I readily agree that the equivalent grammatical form would be 'kabelforbindelse', i think that in this case the 'connected' (i.e. wireline connected) is understood in the English original. Thus 'kabelforbundet'.
