English term or phrase: illicit
I have not been able to find a translation to this term when used as a verb - 5 dicionaries - and Eurodicautom. I can't even find it as a verb in an English dictionary (Chambers) - the sentence is: "On the basis of the brief outlin I have provided for the suggested data exhange; I am keen to illicit your initial response."
Can anybody help, please.
