John Aytos ellers udmærkede \'Diner\'s Dictionary\' er svag, når det kommer til fisk.(Den hedder noget andet nu, udgivet som Oxford Paperback...)
Og Good Housekeepings New Cookery encyclopædia giver den samme forklaring som Jørgen, men ingen Latin navn.
