I can't figure out how to translate the word "creative" in the sentences below. I've wasted an hour now trying to solve the problem, but to no avail. I'm becoming more and more frustrated. Please help!

visuelt udtryk/design og indhold

If "creative" is used in the sense you posted in your discussion entry, i.e. referring to the visual design, I would suggest to translate it as "det visuelle udtryk" (or "layout" or "design" as you also suggest).

However, if it also refers to the actual text and not just the visual aspect, that might be a bit too narrow (see also the definition below). Then you could maybe call it "design og indhold" or simply "annonce" or "nyhedsbrev" depending on what kind of product it refers to.

But there might also be another fixed term for this in Danish. I just can't think of one right now.
Example sentence:

The creative for an e-mail campaign (or any marketing campaign, for that matter) refers to the concept, copy writing and graphic design.

agree Anders Bo Rasmussen : Eye Tracking shows the spectators focus on an internet page. I agree with this answer. The topic in mention is the "layout" or the "design" of the page, and having the eye tracking information enables you to monitor how well the design of the page is

kreativitet / det kreative

Medmindre ordet "Creative" er et varemærke/varenavn ud fra den øvrige kontekst, synes kun "kreativitet" at passe lige ind i sammenhængen på dansk, men du kan også omskrive til: Analyse af det kreative via øjenregistrering.

WordWeb har to definitioner under "creative" som "noun":
1) Someone who generates new ideas and sales materials for marketing a product.
2) Materials produced for marketing or advertising.

- Måske kan det give dig lidt inspiration. Selv ville jeg nok stadig kalde det "det kreative (aspekt)". :-)
