Definition from own experience or research:
degresivní daň = regresivní daň
=degresívní daň = regresívní daň
Osobně jsem více zvyklý (jako překladatel a ekonom vzděláním) na pojem degresivní daň, ale regresivní daň je rovněž správně. Stejně tak v angličtině se používá degressive tax i regressive tax, obojí má stejný význam. Tj. daň, která nebere z každé koruny stejně, ale z vyšších pásem např. platu bere méně než z těch nižších. Např. prvních 100000 je daněno 20 %, druhých 100000 18 %, třetích 100 000 16 % apod. Takhle by vypadala konstrukce degresívní (regresívní) daně - příklad. Daňová degrese je opakem daňové progrese, kdy se bere z každého dalšího pásma příjmu víc procent. Mezi tím je rovná daň, která bere z každé navíc vydělané koruny či milionu stejné procento a je administrativně nejjednodušší.
