Explanation:
Samozřejmě dle kontextu místo "prvky" třeba i "úlohy" (viz níže - může se hodit pro automatizaci) nebo formáty/styly/tvary apod. (jde-li o papírnictví - pokud jsem dobře pochopil, podniká dotyčná firma v těchto a dalších oborech) - navrhuji univerzálnější řešení (méně pravděpodobně to bude špatně, pokud žádné další info není).

(A možná je to ještě jinak, neříkám, že toto je 100% správně, dávám "úroveň spolehlivosti" 2. Pokud máte více kontextu, o jaký software jde, prosím napište.)
