Myslím, že je to zavedený termín od té doby, co vyšel film Angel´s share v češtině jako Andělský podíl. Doporučuju ke shlédnutí, viz https://www.csfd.cz/film/316366-andelsky-podil/prehled/
Odpar je samozřejmě taky správně, ale je to spíš technický termín, kdežto andělský podíl je krásně poetický. Takže to chce volit podle kontextu.
