Zdravím a prosím o radu s následujícím textem. Jedná se o rozhovor Josipa Jurčiče s britským hercem Clivem Owenem (původní zdroj se mi najít nepodařilo). Existuje vhodnější český ekvivalent než svolení?

- No, not a bit. The truth is in the old days you used to have to wait for rushes clearances. So if you finish the scene and you have particular haircut or beard, they would say to you not to do anything for days until they develop film and see everything is good. It was usually day or two. Now with digital they can review it instantly. So both seasons, the minute I’ve finished, it was like a riot passage, I went up to my room and shaved the mustaches off. Literally, as soon as I’ve heard “cut” I went and shaved it off.

- Ne, ani v nejmenším. Dřív jste opravdu museli čekat na svolení. To znamená, že když jste dotočili scénu a měli jste nějaký účes nebo vousy, řekli vám, abyste s tím pár dnů nic nedělali, dokud nevyvolají film a neuvidí, že je všechno v pořádku. To obvykle trvalo den nebo dva. S digitálem se mohou přesvědčit okamžitě. V obou sezónách jsem proto hned, jak jsme skončili, šel do svého pokoje a oholil si kníry. Byl to doslova rituál: jakmile jsem uslyšel "střih", šel jsem a oholil se.

Explanation:
když někdo dříve filmoval, a hrál třeba někoho, kdo má vousy, vyrážku (rushes), dlouhé vlasy, musel počkat, než se potvrdí, že natáčení proběhlo v pořádku a nemusí se dál znovu scény filmovat a mohli tedy až pak odstranit (clearence) svoje přízdoby.
