English term or phrase: fonio
Fonio is a grain that is considered highly nutritious. It is grown in many underdeveloped countries because of its nutritional value.

This is the sentence in which the term occurs:
“There are several other crops with high nutritional value, crops such as millet, sorghum, fonio, oat, quinoa, to name a few.”

The audience for this is a general audience learning about nutritional crops that are grown in underdeveloped countries because of their nutritional value, in effort to eliminate hunger and malnutrition.
