Nevím, jak mám přeložit větu "to the extent that they differ from those of any operating carrier", aby dávala v daném kontextu smysl.

Pokud to dobře chápu, jde o to, že se u některých "sdílejících" aerolinek liší standardní váha/cena zavazadel - pak musejí v případě rozdílných limitů a cen uplatňovat limity a ceny "hlavní" aerolinky.

Možná by šlo jednodušeji říci (jako odpověď na dotaz)
