"保持社交距離" is a common translation. But to me, "保持", the act of "maintaining", fails to emphasize how we increase our social distance with others. There are alternatives like "增加社交距離" or "加強社交距離", which all don't seem colloquial.

Let's have a different angle. Social distancing means "the practice of maintaining a greater than usual physical distance from other people or of avoiding direct contact with people or objects in public places...to minimize exposure and reduce the transmission of infection" (Merriam-Master Dictionary). Social distancing covers both social (obviously) and physical aspects. "減少社交接觸" is a good fit by addressing them both.
