一次性减免包干 Explanation: 为税法用语。原意为:用于财产(如房屋)保值的那些开销可以抵税,或者按一次性包干的办法来减免。 例如,无需逐条计算装修地板,翻修屋顶费用的单独减免最后加到一块儿;而是直接按税法从这一年中所有能使财产保值的总开销依法取一个百分比,计算出的那部分不用交税。得到的减免额是最终减免,不许可再加入别的减免,因为所有该减免的就已经包括在里面了。 再如,个人年终分红得到的钱(Dividend),有的可以用来抵税,有的则需以“长期资产增值”的名义交税,至于什么时候该交,那些人该交,具体缴多少,都有讲究。为减少双重征税和计算的麻烦,干脆用一个百分比把所有减免全部包括进去。这样的过程称为一次性减免包干。 网上有很多例子,不一一例举。 |
