3 | Health Information Supervisor |
|
mr x, Health IS Health Information Supervisor Explanation: I = Information S = Supervisor For such a birth certificate of the U.S.A. it is usually the medical doctor (M.D.) in charge of the delivery who signs that part of the Certificate to certify the birth of the person. But it is also likely other hospital management staff such as this supervisor who is in charge of medical records. The nearest medical-related title I could find for you is ‘Health Information Specialist’. I strongly encourage you to give a call to the hospital to verify the title to be sure before you translate it. The name of the hospital should appear near the top of the Birth Certificate (and underneath the name of the Registry). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days7 hrs (2015-09-07 18:36:03 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry typo above when in a hurry. It should read "Health Information Supervisor" instead of "Specialist". https://www.irecruit-us.com/jobRequest.php?OrgID=I20150327&RequestID=55df67301f7bd&source=IND Reference: http://careers.ucirvinehealth.org/jobs/3267746-manager-healt... |
