Става дума за размер на матрак. King size е по-широк от Queen size.

Ако бяха по отделно, сигурно бих превел всяко от тях "кралски размер".

Проблемът е, че те са на едно място и освен това ми се иска да ги преведа в модела "прилагателно + съществително". Само че не се сещам как българското прилагателното за Queen.

agree  Yavor Dimitrov: С цел унифициране на терминологията в хотелиерството напоследък се налагат двата преводни варианта "двойно легло кing size" и "двойно легло queen size", като king и queen не е задължително да бъдат с главна буква. Поне така са го искали от мен клиенти. :)
