privatno vlasništvo Explanation: ili privatna svojina A fee title represents absolute ownership of land, and therefore the owner may do whatever he or she chooses with the land. If an owner of a fee title dies intestate, the land will descend to the heirs. PRIVATNO VLASNISTVO (u originalu: "Privatna svojina") - (......) "... svom titularu osigurava punu slobodu koristenja i raspolaganja ..." . (.....) - "Klasicno privatno vlasnistvo u rimskom pravu, tzv. proprietas, obicno se definira kao ius utendi, fruendi et abutendi, t.j. pravo slobodnog koristenja i raspolaganja stvari".
